The Communication Center is a powerful tool that allows merchants to efficiently communicate with their affiliates. This guide will help you navigate the Communication Center and leverage its features to streamline messaging, enhance collaboration, and ensure effective affiliate management.
Accessing the Communication Center
To access the Communication Center:
1.Log in to your account on PartnerPilot.
2.Click on the Messages icon in the left navigation menu.
3.You will be redirected to the messaging interface, where you can view past conversations or initiate new messages.
Sending a New Message
To send a message to an affiliate:
1.Click the New button at the top right of the Messages panel.
2.In the Send to field, type the affiliate’s name and select them from the dropdown list.
3.You can select multiple recipients if you need to send a group message.
4.Compose your message in the text box provided.
5.(Optional) Add a subject line for better message organisation.
6.Click Send to deliver the message.
Managing Conversations
•Viewing Messages: Click on a conversation from the left panel to view message history.
•Replying to Messages: Simply type your response in the message box and click Send.
•Formatting Options: Use the toolbar to format text (bold, italic, underline), attach files, and create lists.
•Search Feature: Use the search bar at the top of the Messages panel to locate specific conversations or keywords.
Best Practices for Communication
•Be Clear & Concise: Keep messages straightforward to ensure easy understanding.
•Use the Subject Line: This helps affiliates quickly identify the purpose of the message.
•Maintain a Professional Tone: Use respectful and professional language to foster positive relationships.
•Follow Up: If an affiliate has not responded, send a gentle reminder after a reasonable time.

•Refresh the page or log out and back in.
